Shipping and Refund Policy

All orders are shipped within India. It will take around 5-7 business days for the order to arrive depending upon customer's and the seller's location. The shipping charges are included in the product price. The estimated delivery is also shown on individual product page. 

We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, on rare occasions, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition.

In such cases, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the order value of the product and shipping cost (if any) for the same. We can also send you a replacement product in lieu of the refund, if you so choose.

In case the order is delivered according to the mentioned timeline and well within shelf life but the customer didn't like the taste of it, we can't do refund or return based on that parameter because taste is a personal choice.

Please contact our customer support (support@yumbasket.in) within 24 hours; we may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product so that we can take it up with the seller. You will appreciate that, being fresh food products, returns are not possible.
